Gold Bracelets - Karats

As previously discussed, 24K gold is soft and malleable for a metal, therefore jewelers add alloys to strengthen the metal so it doesn't scratch easily and lose particle.  Copper and silver are the most common alloys for used in gold bracelets, although other metals may be used especially when creating rose gold.
